Revisiting the Willow House Rosette

Reprocessing my first narrow band image of the Rosette Nebula in a HOO palette. From Willow House in Terlingua with the Moon 99% full. I used a 2x drizzle stack to increase resolution and payed more attention to color balance to bring out the Oxygen rich parts of the nebula. Compare to my original processing of this daa.

The Rosette Nebula captured from Willow House in Terlingua on the evening of 2021-03-27. 38 three minute exposures were stacked for almost 2 hours of total exposure. A William Optics RedCat 250/51mm telescope, Optolong L-eNhance dual NB filter, ZWO ASI533MC one shot color camera cooled to -10C, on a Sky-Watcher AZ EQ5 mount, all controlled by a ZWO ASIAIR astro controller. The L-eNhance captures both Ha red and Oiii bluegreen bands. Processed in PixInsight, StarNet2, DeNoise AI and Phototshop.
