Celebrated the start of Global Astronomy Month with a sidewalk star party on the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge in downtown Austin, Texas. A beautiful clear mild evening with fine views of the Moon with earthshine, Mars, the Orion Nebula, and Jupiter. A drum circle serenaded us as visitors and friends enjoyed the views. I was able to photograph the crescent Moon during lulls and show visitors close up camera views.
