1st day of Spring last quarter Moon

I dodged the early cloud cover this morning for this image of the last quarter Moon on the first day of Spring. There was a bit of wind and the seeing was only fair so I used the 8 parameter affine stacking in Nebulosity for this image. This image is dedicated to my first great granddaughter Lily Anne.

Taken from Austin, Texas at 2017-03-20 10:51 UT. Questar 3.5" telescope with Sony a6300 at prime focus. Exposed 1/30 sec at ISO 100 at f14. The best 12 of 112 images stacked in Nebulosity and deconvolved in Lynkeos. Final crop and exposure adjustment in Photoshop.

This is a full scale 1:1 crop of the southern terminator near Clavius. The images link to a full size image.
