Solar AR2720 in InfraRed

The Sun has a few sunspots once again. Ideal to test out a new 850 nm IR pass filter for my ZWO ASI224MC color camera. With this filter the ASI224 has matched IR response on all of the Bayer array filters and functions as a monochrome IR sensitive camera. It was 100F outside and brutal in the Sun. After a couple of false starts I captured a reasonable first light image:

Questar 1350/89mm telescope, with Dakin 2X Barlow lens, ZWO 850nm IR pass filter, and ZWO ASI224MC color camera on 2018-08-25 20:42 UT from Austin, Texas. 3571 frames captured for 1.534 msec at a gain of 257. The best 15% of images stacked in AutoStakkert3, deconvoloved in Lynkeos, with final crop and exposure in Photoshop.
