Late season Orion M42

A Late season Orion shot from Fort Davis during TSP 2022. Total exposure 41 minutes, 12 at 3 min, and 60 at 5 sec. Shot just after local twilight on 2022-04-24 and 2022-04-26 with M42 only 15 deg above the horizon at nautical dusk. Even with clouds and dust, dark skies to the horizon make astrophotography a pleasure. Shot with a WO RedCat 250/51 mm, ZWO ASI533 MC, ASIAIR Plus, on a SW AZ-EQ5 mount.

Processed with PixInsight, StarXTerminator, and Topaz DeNoise AI. Separate workflows for the nebula and star layers were used with final HDR composition and exposure adjustment in Photoshop. The image below shows my setup for image capture.
