Central Park is accessible from behind the deck at Central Market on North Lamar and from a small parking lot on the west side of Guadalupe. It has a walking track around a small lake. It is a good place for sidewalk astronomy with lots of people on the Central Market deck and the adjacent play-scape. Not very dark, but good views of the sky for the Moon and planets from the right locations.
